New Zealand Delivery – Orders are DHL shipped to us regularly from our overseas warehouse (7-10 working days delivery) and then couriered by Aramex or NZ Post Courier (non-signature) 2-5 days delivery to you.

If our stock is on hand locally (New Zealand only) then there will be a 2-5 working days delivery. Orders come with a tracking number. If NZ stock is sold out, then we’ll send it from our overseas warehouse as below:

We ship all items within 24-48 hours after payment has been received (or the next available day in case of public holidays)

Please be patient during holiday times and allow for random customs checks which can cause delays to deliveries.

Do these products contain additives?

This range of supplements we sell contains no potassium, calcium, additives, binders or fillers.

Do you write “Weight Loss Pills” on the box? Is my privacy protected?

To protect our customer’s privacy, all orders are posted in a plain package with no mention of the exact contents.

What exactly happens after ordering?

As soon as we receive your order, it is picked, packed, and placed in the next shipment which will either leave the following working day (or within 3 working days if sent from overseas warehouse.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

No invoice is put inside the box/ envelope, but you can request an invoice if needed.

Will my order have a tracking/registered post number?

Orders are shipped with courier shipping tracking numbers which will be emailed to you once processed.

Can I change my address after I placed an order?

Possibly. Please simply contact us and we will change it for you if the order has not already been shipped. If the order has been shipped, it won’t be possible for us to change the address.
